The engine range in the US makes 2.0L turbo available in two situations while in other markets buyers can also have TDI option and more TFSI versions. 2020 Audi Q3 will not come with many new details but the big news is the new high performance version of Q3 RS. This new model will enhance the style and performance of the model to a new level and will be an alternative for its rivals.

Audi redesigned the subcompact Audi Q3 around MQB platform everywhere and made it bigger too. This new platform provides greater powertrain flexibility, improved technology, and performance, while a longer, longer and wider wheelbase means more space and comfort for passengers and cargo.

This model will also use unique wheels with improved brakes peeking behind the fingers. The rear spoiler tip and oval exhaust will also determine RS Q3 model.

With a 3.0-inch wheelbase longer and an overall length of 4.0 inches, the new generation Audi Q3 provides more comfort and cargo space. The cargo volume grows to 54 cubes with the rear seats stored and becomes 16.7 cubes with a functional rear row. This model also provides high-end and high-tech comfort features.

The subcompact crossover will offer leather and non-foam coatings, two zone climate control, heated steering wheels, a sunroof and many other luxurious extras. The latest infotainment system with smartphone support and a large 10.1-inch middle screen will also be offered as well as a 10.3-inch digital instrument cluster. Safety aspects will also use the latest technology including adaptive cruise control, lane keep assists, automatic emergency braking with detection of pedestrians and cyclists, surrounding vision and parking assistance.

Audi limits the range of engine options in the US for a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine but it comes in two conditions. The base 2020 Audi Q3 will produce 184 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque. The engine upgrade will produce 228 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. The model will use an 8-speed automatic transmission and the Quattro all-wheel-drive system. Audi has no plans to offer a sad version of the front wheel drive.

The high-performance RS Q3 version will update the suspension and braking system while the engine must come from RS 3 model. In that application, the 2.5-inline-5 turbocharged unit produces 400 hp and 354 pound-feet of torque. With that, RS Q3 must run 60 mph in under 5 seconds.

The new 2020 Audi Q3 will enter the market by the end of the year with the launch of Audi RS Q3 in 2020 year. The price will start again at around $ 36,000 dollars. The recently redesigned model goes against major brands and popular models including BMW X1, Mercedes GLA, Jaguar E-Pace and Volvo XC40 model.
